Bob Taylor
Bob is the CEO, founder, and owner of Alliant Healthcare, which is the parent company of MediSurge. Bob graduated from Michigan State University as a mechanical engineer and served in the US Air Force over a period of 21 years as a B-52 navigator, KC-135 navigator, and as an Air Force Academy liaison officer. He founded Alliant Healthcare in 2002, where he and his team aim to create unwavering value to partners and government customers within the medical device sector.
Rick Shorey
As the Program Director for Product Development, Rick is focused on managing, developing and launching new and innovative programs and products that grow the Surge Cardiovascular and MediSurge product portfolio. Rick has over 20 years of experience in product development engineering and joined Alliant in 2015. Rick is committed to bringing customer focused innovative designs into the Surge and Alliant family, expanding our worldwide brand presence and maintaining the quality and delivery that our customers have come to expect.
Brad Longstreth
As the Sr. Vice President responsible for sales and marketing, Brad works closely with each of the three business units to help develop, implement and execute effective “go to market” strategies focused on incremental and sustained growth. Brad has over 25 years of experience working is senior sales, marketing, and general management roles at companies such as Hill-Rom, Protective Industries and Baxter Healthcare.
Kelli Jonas
As Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Kelli is focused on developing and evolving a world class quality system that complies with the ever-changing regulations, along with fostering a culture that delivers high quality and efficient medical device solutions for our customers. Kelli joined Alliant in 2017 and has extensive experience in the medical device industry. Her leadership, passion for team work and strategic efforts assist in the growth for Alliant Healthcare.
Joe McDonough
As Supply Chain Manager for MediSurge and Surge Cardiovascular, Joe is responsible for the management of equipment, raw materials, and other logistics initiatives. He graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing emphasizing Distribution and Logistics. He has nearly 10 years of experience in the supply chain industry and has played a vital role in the success of both MediSurge and Surge Cardiovascular.
