Reporting Manager Title: Production Manager
Position Purpose: Responsible for assembling medical devices in manufacturing and production environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work instructions, and documentation as needed
- Ability to follow good manufacturing processes and documentation
- Perform inspections and set up activities
- Assemble components
- Work efficiently and support Lean enterprise initiatives
- Support quality activities including Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA)
- Perform bar sealing duties
- May operate packaging machines and assembly equipment
- Box products and apply labeling materials
- Perform solvent glue bonding
- Inspect and assemble components under magnification, as needed
- Follow all safety procedures as required by internal and external guidelines and policies
- Support manufacturing processes and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with Production Manager and team members
- Positive attitude
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to work with small components and equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and SOPs
- Basic mathematical skills to understand tolerance and variation
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools such as calipers
- Ability to work independently on manufacturing lines
- Basic understanding of hand tools (Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
- Ability to clearly communicate concerns, quality issues or other items as needed
Physical:
- Standing at workstations and significant use of hands to assemble
- Manufacturing is completed in a cleanroom environment
- Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
- Must be able and willing to wear personal protective equipment as required including:
- Hair net
- Scrubs
- Gowns

Hourly Compensation: $17/hour
Full Benefit Package including PTO, Paid holidays, health insurance, HSA & $100 sign-on bonus and $100 bonus after 6 months.
